Saturdays 9am (60 min)

This fast-paced flowing class will work your shoulders, glutes, ankles, wrists and everything in between. Conscious deep and cleansing breaths coupled with lunge flows and core twist pulses will ensure your body warms up as you experience your heart rate reach the 130s in this 60-minute routine. Don't worry, there's always a savasana at the end.
