Yin Yoga

Alternate Sundays at 4:30 (60 min) and every Wed at 7:45pm (60 min)

This practice focuses on the breath and safely stretching the yin tissues -- the tendons, ligaments and connective tissue -- by holding poses for up to 5 minutes. It is ideal for balancing out all your more muscle-focused yang activities, and gently stimulates the flow of qi through the body. If you have a bolster, please bring it. ALL LEVELS
