Yoga Stretch

Mondays at 9:30am; Tuesdays at 4pm; Thursdays at 8am (60 min)

Your muscles, tendons and connective tissues will all benefit from the series of stretching postures that this class provides. This class is very appropriate for clients new to fitness as well all levels of athletes who can always benefit from taking the time to really stretch. You are as young as you are flexible! You may even feel 10 years younger and 2 inches taller after class!
