Chair Yoga - Early Spring 2024

In this 60-minute gentle chair yoga class, Charlotte will guide you through a series of seated and some standing yoga poses, adaptable for all bodies.  Join her for this enlightening and beneficial class. April Kirtan & Sacred Song Circle

Whether you're a seasoned kirtan enthusiast or new to this ancient singing practice, this event offers a welcoming space for all. Come as you are, and let the power of music nourish your soul. We will sing and chant sacred mantras and medicine songs, allowing space to ask for and receive guidance and connect to the divinity within ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Mindful Moving Kids - April 2024

Ages 5-12 are welcome to join Beth Hardy for this 4-week Mindful Moving Kids April session! We’ll be learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, practicing mindfulness activities, and playing games that use yoga to foster self-awareness and self-regulation as well as executive functioning skills.  You can purchase the 5-class pass (April 9, 16, 23 and 30) for $100 or your child is welcome to "drop in" to any of these classes ($23 per class) by choosing the Mindful Moving Kids Single Class option and pick the date(s) you want to attend.

Held on consecutive Thursdays at 12 noon, this 3-session 45-min course combines specific exercises designed with mobility and agility in focus for you to get to every dink, and swing your paddle with precision and power. If you're an avid pickleball player or new to the court, these workouts will support your game (and other athletic ventures!).
