In this 60-minute gentle chair yoga class, Charlotte will guide you through a series of seated and some standing yoga poses, adaptable for all bodies. Join her for this enlightening and beneficial class. This class will be offered both online and in-studio. Meridian Yin Workshop Series

In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory, the meridians are a circulatory system of energy (qi). Learn how the Five Elements (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water) relate to your physical and mental well-being. You’ll practice a series of long-held poses, supported by props, that stimulate qi flow through specific meridians to harmonize and balance the body. Experienced and new practitioners alike can enjoy this fascinating additional component to their Yin Yoga practice.
Mindful Moving Kids - April 2024

Ages 5-12 are welcome to join Beth Hardy for this 4-week Mindful Moving Kids April session! We’ll be learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, practicing mindfulness activities, and playing games that use yoga to foster self-awareness and self-regulation as well as executive functioning skills. You can purchase the 5-class pass (April 9, 16, 23 and 30) for $100 or your child is welcome to "drop in" to any of these classes ($23 per class) by choosing the Mindful Moving Kids Single Class option and pick the date(s) you want to attend.

Join Darina for this lower body Yamuna Body Rolling practice and fully free all the muscle groups of the legs to establish proper balance, alignment, tone and length of all muscles from the pelvis down through the feet. Pranayama is the practice of breath regulation. It involves controlling your breath in different styles and lengths. In this workshop, you will experience several pranayama techniques that span the spectrum of energizing the body to calming the body. Through these techniques you will develop a stronger connection to your breath, giving you a deeper attunement of your physical, mental, and emotional bodies and help anchor your awareness in the present moment.
