Yoga is a time to put everything on hold and connect to yourself. Healthy, vibrant and connected...this heightened awareness drew Jenny to her mat day after day. Jenny started yoga and soon fell in love with it. She did her first 200 HR teacher training in 2016. As time progressed, she could see her progress of strengthening her body and mind with different styles of yoga.
