Breathe Body and Mind is the dream made reality: to be a place of wellness where community is both its essence and its priority. Breathe's mission is to be a homestead which fosters physical, mental, social and emotional well being, awareness, fitness, and balance to all who enter.
Breathe accomplishes this by offering over 35 different fitness and wellness classes every week (Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Stretch, Strength Training, hybrids), in varying intensities, by more than 15 trained and certified professionals. Breathe's classes cater to the new learner all the way up to the performance-oriented enthusiast. Our Studio is bathed in natural light and is cozy, and that's by design: we don't want anyone to feel lost in the crowd here. We want everyone to know they are a soul with a heartbeat, not a number. Breathe keeps class size small on purpose: our instructors need to see you! They need to make sure you're in proper form and that they can quickly get you what you need to make your experience the best possible.
If you're one of the millions of people out there who is nervous about joining a "fitness class," don't sweat it. We get it. We will work with you. We also offer personal training and private lessons to help you work towards specific goals or sometimes to just help you get up and running!
