Chair Yoga - Nov 2025

In this 45-minute gentle chair yoga class, you will be guided through a series of seated and some standing yoga poses, adaptable for all bodies.  Join us for this enlightening and beneficial class. This class is taught in a flow with movement of the entire body. We will use props such as blocks and straps in our seated chair pose. Class is concluded with a guided meditation to help further relaxation. There will also be focus on the breath throughout class. You may be surprised at what you can do in a chair and how much you can get out of it!

Body Rolling Workshop for Healthy, Happy Hips

In this Body Rolling class, you’ll learn how to:

  • Restore space and mobility in the hip joints
  • Release tension in the hip flexors, glutes, and adductors
  • Improve posture and balance
  • Support healthy alignment through the spine and pelvis

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how your hips move — and how to keep them strong, spacious, and pain-free for life.

Family Yoga Sept/Oct/Nov 2025

Adults and their littles ages 4-9 are invited to join Beth for this monthly Family Yoga class (Sundays at 3pm Sept 21, Oct 19 and Nov 16).  We will practice breathwork, poses, and some silliness to have fun while strengthening our bodies and bonds. The child in all of us will appreciate getting to move, breathe, and regulate together.

When the poses and the effort all fall away, what remains is deep rest and relaxation. Allow Lana to guide you in a yoga nidra practice to release stress and bring balance to your entire being. Mindful Moving Kids - Nov 2025

November 18, 2025

Ages 5-12 are welcome to join Beth Hardy for this 4-week Mindful Moving Kids November session! We’ll be learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, practicing mindfulness activities, and playing games that use yoga to foster self-awareness and self-regulation as well as executive functioning skills. You can purchase the full September session (Nov 4, 11, 18 and 25)) for $80 OR your child is welcome to "drop in" to any of these classes ($25 per class) by choosing the Mindful Moving Kids Single Class option and pick the date(s) you want to attend. A 10% additional sibling(s) discount is offered as well.

Pop-Up Power Yoga

Expect to sweat in this fitness-based yoga class!  You’ll build heat as you flow through this fast-paced Vinyasa class which emphasizes strength, mobility, flexibility, and stamina. Be prepared for a more challenging sequence to include plank variations, lunges, balance challenges and more. While this class is challenging, modifications are offered to accommodate different abilities. You’ll leave feeling invigorated and inspired.

Winter Glow Sound Meditation with Dante

Join Dante for this unique and captivating sound experience! Let him lead you into a comfortable and receptive state to support deep relaxation using sound healing instruments like crystal singing bowls, antique metal singing bowls, wooden drone flutes, pan drum drums, and chimes. Once the sound bath begins, allow the vibrations to soothe the mind, clear any blockages within the body, and guide you into the present moment.
