Join Crissy on Saturday, May 15 at 1:30pm for this inversion workshop, where she will guide you, step by step, on how to safely approach headstands and handstands.  You will learn how to engage your body properly and safely, as you build your inversion practice.  Since we spend most of our time with our head above our heart, yoga inversions reverse this, and test our physical and mental boundaries, while easing pressure on our heart and spine.
