Awaken, Align & Restore: A Chakra Journey

Take a journey through the chakras w/Rebecca. The chakras are the seven energy points in the body which correspond to nerves, major organs and emotional and physical well-being. In this 3-hour workshop Rebecca will guide you through a brief study of each chakra, including its location, color and more.  She'll then guide you through a flow designed to activate and balance each of your chakras.  This workshop will culminate with a chakra meditation leaving you feeling open, aligned and completely relaxed.

Led by certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Pure Stretch instructor Patricia Linderman, this uplifting class is a joyful way to honor a decade of movement, mindfulness, and community.
