Adults and their littles ages 4-9 are invited to join Beth on Sunday May 19th at 3pm for a Family Yoga class. We will practice breathwork, poses, and some silliness to have fun while strengthening our bodies and bonds. The child in all of us will appreciate getting to move, breathe, and regulate together!
Mindful Moving Kids - May 2024

Ages 5-12 are welcome to join Beth Hardy for this 3-week Mindful Moving Kids May session! We’ll be learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, practicing mindfulness activities, and playing games that use yoga to foster self-awareness and self-regulation as well as executive functioning skills. You can purchase the 3-class pass (May 7, 14 and 21) for $60 or your child is welcome to "drop in" to any of these classes ($25 per class) by choosing the Mindful Moving Kids Single Class option and pick the date(s) you want to attend.

The Full Moon Circle is a time to gather each month on the Full Moon in our local communities uniting intentions and releasing what no longer serves us. Each uniquely themed Circle is a time for meditation, intention setting, well-being, creativity and connection. Kids Yoga Summer Mini-camp

Breathe Body & Mind and Mindful Moving Kids are thrilled to offer a weeklong summer camp for ages 5-10, June 17th - 21st. From 2pm to 4pm little yogis will practice mindfulness, breath work, workshop poses, and use the poses in games with their peers to promote social skills, self-regulation, and overall wellness.
