Welcome to Breathe Body & Mind, a place of wellness where community is both its essence and its priority. Breathe's mission is to be a homestead which fosters physical, mental, social and emotional well being, awareness, fitness, and balance to all who enter.

The majority of our classes are offered in our sunny and welcoming studio, while being streamed live online via Zoom. We also offer an extensive on-demand video library with over 200 of our classes for you to do at your convenience. You will find weekly classes offering yoga, Pilates, barre, stretch and strength training, as well as some hybrid classes. Classes are of varying intensities and taught by trained and certified professionals. You can learn more about our instructors here.

Try us out - as many classes as you'd like - 30 days for $30.  After that, you can stay on by using one of our many flexible membership options.  We also offer personal training and private lessons to help you work towards specific goals or sometimes to just help you get up and moving!

Our goal is to offer you a well-rounded mix of classes and workshops to benefit your mind and your body with focus on balance, stretching, core strength, flexibility, toning, aerobic conditioning and relaxation. This is your place to take care of you.
