30-minute Full Body Blast

Barre Body Workout

Barre Strength

Schedule

You'll work your entire body in this Barre and strength-training class.  Expect the small pulsing movements you'll find in barre classes to tone and tighten arms, abs, glutes, quads and inside thighs as well as strength training moves such as squats, lunges, curls and more.  


Bhakti Yoga

Schedule

“Bhakti” is a sanskrit word that means devotion. It is the art of finding the spiritual energy that exists within all of us through movement and flows, yogic philosophy, meditation, and mantras. This devotion is practiced in class through various techniques such as Bhagavad Gita readings, chanting mantras, practicing pranayama (breathing exercises), and sound bowl meditation. 


Breathe & Roll YBR

Yamuna Body Rolling is a form of bodywork that involves using a soft, pliable ball that mimics the qualities of your body's muscle tissues. The ball is designed to allow your body weight to penetrate into a round form that is supportive, safe, and has resistance so that your body receives feedback and can respond with gentle adjustments and healing. The practice uses your own body as a laboratory, exploring every part with self-correcting routines that lead to your body structure functioning at its true potential. It is extremely helpful when working with physical restrictions, past injuries, and surgeries.


Butts n' Guts

In this all-levels class, we'll work to tone and tighten all regions of the lower body and core with this 50-minute class.


Candlelight Yoga

Schedule

End your weekend and prepare for a positive week ahead as you flow gently and restore surrounded by soft, calming candlelight. This 60-minute all-levels class will open the path toward inner calm and balance the mind and body. We'll begin with moon salutations to unwind and then help ground the body further with breath work. Our practice will close with restorative poses and a long, relaxing savasana.

You'll  need a yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and two blocks (available at the studio on a first-come, first-served basis). Eye pillows are also a wonderful addition to this practice. 


Chair Yoga Single class

In this 60-minute gentle chair yoga class, Charlotte will guide you through a series of seated and standing chair yoga poses, adaptable for all bodies.  Join her for this enlightening and beneficial class.  


Core & More

Schedule

Core & More is a 45-min Pilates-inspired class focused on strength building and toning using Pilates, barre and weightless exercises.  All fitness levels welcome to this fun and upbeat class!


Core/Strength Vinyasa

Schedule

Vinyasa- style class incorporating sun salutations with core-strengthening exercises. Props and weights may used to strengthen the core and to enhance your yoga practice. 


Early Bird Yoga

Full body experience combining stretch and breath work with Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin poses.


Flow & Restore

This class offers a Yin/Yang type of approach, gently building a little heat through the first 40 minutes of class and ending with long and meditative stretches.


FREE Karma Yoga

Schedule

Karma Yoga classes are available to the community at large (donations to the instructor are always appreciated but never required). They offer an opportunity for new and less experienced instructors to earn practicum time for their certification requirements. Whether you are experienced or new yourself, we appreciate your sense of adventure, which creates an enriching experience for all. 


Functional Strength/Core

Basic strength-training for overall functional body strength and flexibility.  WORKOUT SHOES are strongly recommended for this class!


Gentle Friday Flow

Ease into your weekend with this Friday late afternoon class which offers a more gentle style of Hatha yoga.  Prepare to move at a a slower pace with less intensive poses, including relaxing body stretches, breath work, and both standing and seated asanas.  Suitable for all levels of experience, this class allows both experienced and new participants to increase flexibility in their bodies, calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.  Namaste it's Friday!


Gentle Yoga - Standing Poses

This all-standing class allows for more intension in each of the poses as we work through the various positions of the spine and joints, and engage our muscles. All poses are standing poses with a chair as main prop.  No mat necessary.



Gratitude Flow

Join us for this balanced practice to both uplift and relax you . Setting an intention of gratitude, we'll begin class with a steady, nourishing flow which will lead to relaxation and rejuvenation with some nice long stretches.


Hatha Flow

In this Hatha Flow class we'll be moving in and out of poses while we synchronize our movements with our breath. Expect to hold each pose a little bit longer.  You'll have the opportunity to really immerse yourself in your practice as you breathe through various short flows dispersed throughout the class.  Modifiable for all levels.


Hatha Yoga

Postures and stretches to develop flexibility, greater entry into the pose and overall relaxation.


Mat Pilates

This Pilates mat workout focuses on setting up the foundation of movement. From breath to alignment to pre-Pilates exercises we will learn to initiate from specific muscle groups and begin to feel and move from our core. You will feel like a million bucks after this class!


Mix-Up Monday

Outdoor Yoga

Focus on quiet and meditative poses which are supported or reclined for up to 7 minutes each. 


Rubber Resistance Rx

Build strength throughout your entire body and decrease your risk of injury in this low-impact class strictly using resistance bands, tubes and mini balls!  


Slow Flow Vinyasa

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience.


Stars, Stripes and Sun Salutations

This special Independence Day Vinyasa class links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body, aligning a deliberate sequence of poses to achieve a continuous flow. Familiarity with basic yoga poses and the ability to transition easily from standing to kneeling to floor is recommended. 


Tone/Balance/Stretch

Full-body exercises to improve balance and core stability while also toning and strengthening with the use of light hand-held weights, our own body weight and sometimes resistance bands and stability balls.

Vinyasa Yoga

This classic yoga class links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body, aligning a deliberate sequence of poses to achieve a continuous flow. Of the yoga classes that we offer at Breathe the level 2/3 Vinyasa and 2/3 Slow Flow classes  are considered more challenging.  The Level 1/2 or All-Levels Vinyasa classes are more accessible for most.
