This online 30-minute class designed for all fitness levels will tone and strengthen your body with high reps of small-range movements, using your own body weight as well as light handheld weights. 


30-minute Cardio Strength

Get your heart pumping as you work through full body combination moves to strengthen your muscles while taking it easier on your joints.


30-minute Core Blast

Expect to target and strengthen your core muscles in this 30-minute Core Blast class!  Modifications will be offered so that it's accessible for all fitness levels.


Ball Yoga

Have a ball with yoga! Try this unique yoga workout using a stability ball to challenge your balance as well as building endurance and flexibility. 


Barre Body Workout

Barre Body is a ballet-inspired aerobic workout designed to help you slim, lift and sculpt your entire body.


Barre/Pilates Combo

A combination of Barre exercises and traditional Pilates mat exercises.


Beginners' Yoga

Explore the foundations of yoga as you gain flexibility, strength, balance and maybe even find a little bit of peace.


Butts n' Guts

In this all-levels class, we'll work to tone and tighten all regions of the lower body and core with this 50-minute class.


Cardio Barre

Join MeShell for this high-energy barre class that incorporates lightweight barre exercises with fat burning metabolic movements. 


Cardio Dance

Cardio dance fitness class is a high-energy, high-intensity dance workout which is great fun and great exercise.


Chair Yoga for EveryBODY

Find out what a simple chair can do for your yoga practice. Lana will guide you through a series of chair yoga poses adaptable for all bodies and abilities.


Core Barre

Core Barre incorporates ballet-inspired strength exercises.


Early Bird Yoga

Full body experience combining stretch and breath work with Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin poses.


Essentrics

Distilled from Tai Chi, ballet, and physiotherapy but far more accessible with quick, visible results, Essentrics leaves you toned, pain-free, balanced, and energized.


Flow & Restore

This class offers a Yin/Yang type of approach, gently building a little heat through the first 40 minutes of class and ending with long and meditative stretches.


Functional Strength Core

Pilates woven in with basic strength-training moves for overall body strength.


Gentle Yoga

Perform gentle and fluid movement while seated or on the floor.


Gentle Yoga - Standing Poses

This all-standing class allows for more intension in each of the poses as we work through the various positions of the spine and joints, and engage our muscles. All poses are standing poses with a chair as main prop.  No mat necessary.



Gratitude Flow and Restore

Join us for this balanced practice to both uplift and relax you . Setting an intention of gratitude, we'll begin class with a steady, nourishing flow which will lead to relaxation and rejuvenation through restorative yoga poses.


Halloween Monster Mash

Join fellow Breathe peeps a of your Breathe instructors for a team-taught all-standing and all-levels OUTDOOR class featuring snippets of the various classes offered at the studio.

Mix-Up Monday

Every Monday evening at 4:30pm the format and, usually, the instructor changes to mix up your workout routine. Try something new each week! Check the schedule weekly to see what's coming up on Monday!  Offered both in-studio and online.


Mixed Level Pilates

Pilates class aimed at increasing your core stability, posture, body alignment, balance and flexibility.


POP Pilates

Total body, equipment-free workout to music.


Restorative Yoga

Focus on quiet and meditative poses which are supported or reclined for up to 7 minutes each. 


Rubber Resistance Rx

Build strength throughout your entire body and decrease your risk of injury in this low-impact class strictly using resistance bands, tubes and mini balls!  


Slow Flow Vinyasa

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience.


Strength & Sculpt

Designed to strengthen and sculpt your entire body, this class includes moves such as lunges, squats, push ups and planks.


Tone/Balance/Stretch

Full-body exercises to improve balance and core stability while also toning and strengthening with the use of light hand-held weights, our own body weight and sometimes resistance bands and stability balls. 


Turkey Burnin' Barre

Burn your Thanksgiving day calories at the barre before the turkey is out of the oven! Here's your chance to get your heart rate up & break a sweat outside of the kitchen. 


Vinyasa Yoga

This classic yoga class links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body, aligning a deliberate sequence of poses to achieve a continuous flow. Of the Vinyasa classes we offer at Breathe the level 2/3 Vinyasa classes and the Slow Flow classes are considered more challenging, while the All-Levels Vinyasa classes are more accessible for most.


Yin Yoga

Purposely slow practice focusing on lengthening poses in concert with a mindful breath to safely stretch the yin tissues.


Yoga for Backs & Bones

A gentle yoga class focusing on building back strength.


Yoga Strength & Stretch

In this hybrid class (strength and yoga) we will mix it up with weights, modifications and varying intensities, followed by a nice long stretch and savasana.  PLEASE NOTE: There is a Level 1/2 version (more suitable for beginners) of this class as well as a Level 2/3 version (more challenging)


Yoga Stretch

Release your tense muscles, tendons and connective tissues through a series of static stretching postures and breathing exercises.


Yogalates

The best of both worlds, this class combines the elements of Yoga and Pilates together to tone and strengthen your entire body (with an emphasis on your core) while calming your mind.
