30-minute Full Body Blast

Expect to tone and strengthen your entire body in this 30-minute Core Blast class!  Options will be offered so that it's accessible for all fitness levels.


Barre Body Workout

This class incorporates ballet-inspired strength exercises.


Barre Strength

Schedule

You'll work your entire body in this Barre and strength-training class.  Expect the small pulsing movements you'll find in barre classes to tone and tighten arms, abs, glutes, quads and inside thighs as well as strength training moves such as squats, lunges, curls and more.  


Belly Dancing SINGLE CLASS

Drop in and Join the fabulous Kelly Postula for one class within this Beginners Belly-Dancing series.  You'll be learning about fundamental arm positions;  geometric planes (the way we move in space); varying trunk movements such as shimmies, accents and undulations; and how to facilitate the identification of Arabic rhythms.  Grab your hip scarf* and let’s dance! 
  * hip scarf optional ;) but bring yours if you have one!

Please wear comfortable clothing to move in, such as leggings and a stretchy top. You are welcome to dance barefoot, with socks, or ballet slippers.


Bhakti Yoga

“Bhakti” is a sanskrit word that means devotion. It is the art of finding the spiritual energy that exists within all of us through movement and flows, yogic philosophy, meditation, and mantras. This devotion is practiced in class through various techniques such as Bhagavad Gita readings, chanting mantras, practicing pranayama (breathing exercises), and sound bowl meditation.

In this all-levels class, we'll work to tone and tighten all regions of the lower body and core with this 50-minute class.


Cardio Barre

Cardio Dance/Sculpt Fusion

Chair Yoga Single class

In this 45-minute gentle chair yoga class, Stephanie will guide you through a series of seated and standing chair yoga poses, adaptable for all bodies.  Join her for this enlightening and beneficial class.  


Core & More

Core & More is a 45-min Pilates-inspired class focused on strength building and toning using Pilates, barre and weightless exercises.  All fitness levels welcome to this fun and upbeat class!


Early Bird Yoga

Full body experience combining stretch and breath work with Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin poses.


Flow & Let Go

Schedule

Wind down and relax on your "Friday Eve" with this all-levels flow class that will start off with active poses, transition to some myofascial massage with foam rollers and balls, and then gently calm your energy with slower stretches in the second half of the class. It's the perfect way to prepare you for a restful night, or to enjoy the even deeper relaxation of a Yin yoga class.



Flow & Restore

This class offers a Yin/Yang type of approach, gently building a little heat through the first 40 minutes of class and ending with long and meditative stretches.


Functional Strength Core

Basic strength-training for overall functional body strength and flexibility.  WORKOUT SHOES are strongly recommended for this class!


Gentle Friday Flow

Ease into your weekend with this Friday late afternoon class which offers a more gentle style of Hatha yoga.  Prepare to move at a a slower pace with less intensive poses, including relaxing body stretches, breath work, and both standing and seated asanas.  Suitable for all levels of experience, this class allows both experienced and new participants to increase flexibility in their bodies, calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.  Namaste it's Friday!


Gentle Yoga - Standing Poses

This all-standing class allows for more intension in each of the poses as we work through the various positions of the spine and joints, and engage our muscles. All poses are standing poses with a chair as main prop.  No mat necessary.



Hatha Yoga

Having a Ball

Have a ball while getting a great workout!  This one-hour class incorporates the stability ball with elements of yoga, Pilates and strength/core conditioning for a fun, full-body workout!

Mind/Body/Heart Talks: Reflect & Restore

Mix-Up Monday

New Year's Day Flow

New Year's Yin

Start the year quietly and introspectively with this special "Meridian Yin" class.  This class will focus on the spleen and gall bladder meridians, which support the digestive system after the over-indulgence of the holiday season.  We'll also tap into the spirit's initiative and courage to support us in making and keeping our New Year's resolutions.  


Outdoor Yoga

Soak up sunshine and summer breeze with this all-levels yoga practice held outdoors until we can't anymore! Classes held at the Walden Glen Swim & Racquet Club.  Advanced registration is necessary!


Restorative Yoga

Focus on quiet and meditative poses which are supported or reclined for up to 7 minutes each. 


Rubber Resistance Rx

Schedule

Build strength throughout your entire body and decrease your risk of injury in this low-impact class strictly using resistance bands, tubes and mini balls!  


Slow Flow Vinyasa

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience.


Strength & Stretch

Schedule

Be prepared to target your various muscle groups in the first 30-40 minutes of this class, using dumbbells, resistance bands and the like, also incorporating your own body weight (think planks, push ups, squats and more).  The last 20-30 minutes will focus on nice long stretches, intending to release all of the muscles you worked and send you on your way feeling strong and relaxed!


Tone/Balance/Stretch

Full-body exercises to improve balance and core stability while also toning and strengthening with the use of light hand-held weights, our own body weight and sometimes resistance bands and stability balls. 


Vinyasa Yoga

This classic yoga class links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body, aligning a deliberate sequence of poses to achieve a continuous flow. Of the yoga classes that we offer at Breathe the level 2/3 Vinyasa and 2/3 Slow Flow classes  are considered more challenging.  The Level 1/2 or All-Levels Vinyasa classes are more accessible for most.


Warrior Yoga

Yoga & Strength combined!  Join us for this low impact, high intensity class that incorporates yoga, strength training with  weights, cardio and stretching too!


Winter Solstice Flow & Restore w/Faith

Schedule

You'll gently and slowly flow to holiday tunes through the first part of this class. The last 20 minutes of class will include some nice long stretches, restorative poses and meditation with crystal and metal sound bowls to leave you feeling peaceful, warm and happy.


Yin Yoga

Purposely slow practice focusing on lengthening poses in concert with a mindful breath to safely stretch the yin tissues.


Yoga for Backs & Bones

A gentle yoga class focusing on building back strength.
