Covid Safety Measures

Welcome back! Breathe is open and most of our classes are offered in-studio while being live-streamed via Zoom.  Masks are REQUIRED for everyone upon entering and walking about the studio. Once you are on your mat it is your choice if you'd like to keep your mask on or remove it.  For your safety we do encourage you to wear you mask during class, especially in classes that are at least half full, however it is still your choice. Our mats are spaced at 6-ft apart to allow a comfortable distance between class participants, allowing 12 people in the studio.

And we are doing everything possible to keep you safe . . .

  • HEPA Air Purifier, which can help reduce airborne contaminants, including viruses
  • Hand sanitizer placed throughout the studio.
  • UV disinfectant light will be turned on when no one is in the studio
  • Several spray disinfectant bottles for everyone to wipe down any studio equipment after use
  • Mat spaces are taped off to allow 6 ft between participants
  • Allowing extra time after class to thoroughly sanitize props, restroom, doorknobs, light switches, surfaces and any props used in class

We ask that you:

  1. sign up for class in advance and cancel at least two hours prior to class time
  2. WEAR A MASK upon entering the studio and whenever you are OFF your mat.
  3. Cancel your reservations if you experience any of the symptoms of COVID-19 or can answer YES to any of the following questions:
Do you have a temperature above 100.3 degrees Fahrenheit?
Do you have shortness of breath or cough?
Do you have a loss of sense of taste or smell?
Do you have unusual exhaustion ?
Do you live with anyone who is sick, quarantined, has tested positive for Covid-19 or has been treated for Covid-19 in the last 30 days?

For yoga classes:

Please bring your own blankets, straps, bolsters and blocks if you have them. The only yoga props in the studio for use are a limited supply of blocks, which must be sanitized after use. For any other class requiring props you are welcome to bring your own, otherwise you can use the studio props with the understanding that you must thoroughly sanitize them after use.

You’ll find further details on our FAQ page.
