This is a beautiful studio - it shows excellent planning for all types of fitness classes and for all fitness levels. The owner, Lynne, is a superb instructor and personal trainer. I have been working with her for several months. She is fun, caring, and able to tailor my workouts for my special needs. I would recommend this studio and Lynne to anyone seeking a truly nice environment in which to work out and “breathe”.
