Mat Pilates

This Pilates mat workout focuses on setting up the foundation of movement. From breath to alignment to pre-Pilates exercises we will learn to initiate from certain muscle groups and begin to feel and move from our core. We will work methodically in order to build confidence while understanding more about the Pilates method and the exercises which lay a solid foundation for the rest of our movements. This is great class for ALL levels. In this class we might use Yamuna balls to challenge our bodies in different ways.
