Our Prenatal Yoga practice is led by a certified prenatal yoga teacher focuses on safe, gentle movement to help ease common discomforts, build strength, improve flexibility, and prepare your body for childbirth. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a warm community space to move, breathe, and feel supported on your pregnancy journey.
Reignite and Realign: Purposeful Goal-Setting for Your Stage of Life

This workshop, led by our special guest Jennifer Pantall, blends mindful reflection with practical goal-setting strategies aligned with your current life stage, your values and your priorities. New Moon Circle w/Emily: New Moon in Capricorn

Gather. Reflect. Reconnect.
Moon Circles are gentle, heart-centered gatherings where we honor the rhythm of nature and create space for reflection, renewal, and connection — both within ourselves and with others. Led by trained facilitator Emily Bermingham, each Circle has its own theme and flow, weaving together guided meditation, visualization, mindful reflection, and optional sharing. Whether we’re setting intentions with the New Moon or releasing what no longer serves us under the Full Moon, the experience is designed to help you slow down, feel grounded, and leave with a deeper sense of clarity and calm.
Mindful Moving Kids - Jan 2026

Ages 5-12 are welcome to join Beth Hardy for this 4-week Mindful Moving Kids January session! We’ll be learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, practicing mindfulness activities, and playing games that use yoga to foster self-awareness and self-regulation as well as executive functioning skills. You can purchase the full January session - Jan 6, 14, 20 and 27) for $85 OR your child is welcome to "drop in" to any of these classes ($25 per class) by choosing the Mindful Moving Kids Single Class option and pick the date(s) you want to attend. A 10% additional sibling(s) discount is offered as well.
Embracing the Night: A Candlelit Practice for Deep Nourishment

Join Lorena for an evening of soft movement and restorative poses designed to help you relax your body, quiet your mind, and meet yourself just as you are. As the room glows with the warmth of candlelight, you’ll be guided through nurturing sequences that foster balance and ease.
The evening will close with a soothing sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and gentle mantras. Leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and deeply supported.

Release & Rejuvenate: Quadriceps + Hip Flexor Workshop

Join Darina for a deeply nourishing two-hour Body Rolling workshop devoted to unwinding two of the tightest, most overworked areas in the body: the quadriceps and hip flexors. These muscles carry us through every step, every climb, every long day — and they often hold tension we don’t even realize is there. During this session, we’ll use the Yamuna Body Rolling balls to melt into these large muscle groups, create space in the front of the body, and gently re-pattern how you move.

Yoga Nidra w/Jennifer

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation meditation. In this practice, we will create a ‘nest’ of supportive props that allow the body and mind to come into complete relaxation so you can connect with your truest self. It is encouraged to bring a sleeping bag, or similarly cushioned surface to lie on, eye mask, and pillow or blanket; bolsters, yoga blocks, and yoga blankets available in studio. Yoga for Arthritis, Osteoporosis and Bone Health (w/option to use a chair)

Join a supportive Yoga Workshop for Arthritis & Osteoporosis, designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and find ease in your body. This session combines weight-bearing yoga postures to support bone density with mindful movements that promote muscular engagement and skeletal health, alongside stretch & release techniques to support joints and increase flexibility.

Adults and their littles ages 4-9 are invited to join Beth for this monthly Family Yoga class (Sundays at 3pm Jan 11, Feb 8 and March 15).
We will practice breathwork, poses, and some silliness to have fun while strengthening our bodies and bonds. The child in all of us will appreciate getting to move, breathe, and regulate together. Sign up for all 3 classes and save or sign up for one at a time!

Join the fabulous, knowledgeable and entertaining Patricia Linderman, for this workshop on pelvic floor strength. In this workshop, you'll quickly learn and practice the most effective method for strengthening your pelvic floor and we'll add just a few more easy techniques that make a big difference in pelvic health and strength, while also providing extra benefits for the rest of the body! By practicing these techniques in just 5-10 minutes a day, you can quickly experience fewer leaks, more strength and control, less frequency and urgency, less tension and greater ease. In this all-levels special class Kim and Judy will demonstrate and walk you through partner poses which will encourage you to communicate, find balance and to trust and rely on each other. No experience is necessary!
