Mind/Body/Heart Talks: Reflect & Restore

The Sunday evening trifecta:  Relax, reflect and restore from the comfort of your home for this restorative yoga class which will combine some yoga philosophy and quiet reflection. This 90-minute class will include a Restorative Yoga segment (where you will rest on bolsters, folded blankets or cushions, while frequently listening to the facilitator recite quiet guided meditations and thoughtful readings. The focus of this practice is to go inward, meditatively; to release and let go; to stretch and support joints, muscles and connective tissue in passive and lasting ways).  You'll want to have a bolster or thick cushion and a blanket or two with you.
