Strength & Stretch

Be prepared to target your various muscle groups in the first 30-40 minutes of this class, using dumbbells, resistance bands and the like, also incorporating your own body weight (think planks, push ups, squats and more).  The last 20-30 minutes will focus on nice long stretches, intending to release all of the muscles you worked and send you on your way feeling strong and relaxed!
