Yoga & Strength combined!  This is a low impact, high intensity class that incorporates yoga, strength training with weights, cardio, balance and stretching.  You'll burn calories while you tone and build strength, flexibility and balance. Modifications will be demonstrated so that you can work at your own pace and level.  You'll start with centering and a mini-flow, mix it up with some strength, cardio and balance and end with some yoga stretches and savasana. Hand-held weights will be used but not required.

Kim Keser

Kim began taking yoga several years ago to reduce anxiety and depression. She completed her 200-hr teacher training in July 2020. Through her yoga practice, Kim has learned to quiet the mind (or at least turn down the volume) from negative self talk. She empathizes with others who feel the pain and sadness from depression and the difficulty of releasing their anxieties and allowing themselves to be in the moment. Kim wants to help others realize their strengths, celebrate the small victories, see their self worth, and become empowered. Kim has worked in a veterinary hospital for over 15 years. She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha and Slow Flow.

Leah Kocsis

As a musician, teacher, and mom, Leah knows that a little breath work goes a long way.  She sees yoga as a way to touch base with yourself – body, mind, and spirit.  While so much in life is serious, Leah believes that yoga and movement don’t have to be.  She aims to infuse her classes with a light sense of humor and an invitation for each person to find what they need each time they roll out the mat.  Leah completed her 200 Yoga Teacher Certification in 2020 and is also certified in POP Pilates and PlyoJam, amongst other formats.  Off the mat she enjoys all things crafting, anything outdoors, and a good book and cup of tea.
