Candlelight Yoga

End your weekend and prepare for a positive week ahead as you flow gently and restore surrounded by soft, calming candlelight. This 60-minute all-levels class will open the path toward inner calm and balance the mind and body. We'll begin with moon salutations to unwind and then help ground the body further with breath work. Our practice will close with restorative poses and a long, relaxing savasana.

You'll  need a yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and two blocks (available at the studio on a first-come, first-served basis). Eye pillows are also a wonderful addition to this practice.
