Having a Ball

Get a great workout while having a ball!  You'll find that you can work just about every major muscle in your body with the use of a Stability ball and we'll do just that in this class.  They are great for your core, but they can also help you improve all-over flexibility, balance and coordination. In this one-hour class we'll incorporate elements of yoga, Pilates and strength and core conditioning. You'll be surprised at how versatile and fun, working out with the stability ball can be!  You'll need a stability ball at home to participate in this class (balls are available for use at the studio).
