Mindfulness Meditation

Join Dr. Mala Tandon for this monthly mindfulness meditation donation-based class where you’ll learn and practice techniques for cultivating present moment awareness. This 45-minute practice is designed to help you navigate stress, manage emotions and create a greater sense of well-being.

Dr. Tandon is a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Mindful One Therapy. She has been in practice for over 20 years.  She works from a strengths-based perspective, based on empowerment and recognizing inner wisdom.  Integrating mindfulness in her clinical work is her passion. Dr. Tandon earned her doctorate degree from APA-accredited institution, The American School of Professional Psychology. She is passionate about cultivating mindful self-awareness and empathy in her work and we are grateful to have her share this passion with our community
