Mixed Level Pilates

This is a moderate-to-advanced Pilates class which will take your practice further to increase your core stability, posture, body alignment, balance, and flexibility. In this class, progressively challenging mat work will: 

  • strengthen, 
  • stretch,
  • tone, and 
  • streamline the body.

The effective mind-body exercise feels great, and can help relieve back, shoulder and neck pain and is carefully designed so that everyone from beginners to professional athletes can find a suitable workout.

My first experience with Pilates. The primary focus is on the core. Instructor was terrific at guiding the class through moves and adjusting our form for maximum benefit. What a workout at a slow controlled pace! This class definitely takes a lot of practice and effective in-person.
