Turkey Burnin' Barre

Burn your Thanksgiving day calories at the barre before the turkey is out of the oven! Here's your chance to get your heart rate up & break a sweat outside of the kitchen. After we warm up we’ll get right into some cardio at the barre mixing in classic ballet elements and Pilates work. You’ll get a low-impact total body workout as we work arms, abs, balance, glutes and legs. What a great way to start your special day! (Level 2/3) This is a moderate to challenging class, but modifications will be offered to try to make it accessible to everyone.
