Lizette

Lizette has been teaching the joy of movement since 2002. She is a certified Pilates Instructor, Wellness Coach and an RYT-500 Yoga Instructor. Teaching people how to reframe stress, heal chronic patterns and move gracefully through life comes naturally to her. Lizette focuses on self-compassion and thoughtful self-management as a path to well-being, and has designed workshops reinforcing contemplative self-care techniques for individuals and families. As an active researcher of positive psychology, health behaviors and well-being studies, Lizette emphasizes thoughtful physical conditioning for sustainable goals and personal effectiveness. Lizette’s training style is practical, evidence-based and grounded, while being highly accessible. She frequently uses humor to offset the technical difficulties of living in a human body.
