Join our special guest Patricia Linderman, certified Laughter Yoga Leader, for a special 45-minute practice that combines laughter exercises with breathing techniques. You might feel that you don't have much to laugh about these days, but research shows that even simulated laughter ("laughing on purpose") with a friendly, supportive group, can trigger the same physiological benefits as geunine laughter...

Expect to do some gentle movement and deep breathing, to get ourselves "laughing for no reason". Expect to get loose and a little silly, but always at your own comfort level.
