Gather. Reflect. Reconnect.

Moon Circles are gentle, heart-centered gatherings where we honor the rhythm of nature and create space for reflection, renewal, and connection — both within ourselves and with others. Led by trained facilitator Emily Bermingham, each Circle has its own theme and flow, weaving together guided meditation, visualization, mindful reflection, and optional sharing. Whether we’re setting intentions with the New Moon or releasing what no longer serves us under the Full Moon, the experience is designed to help you slow down, feel grounded, and leave with a deeper sense of clarity and calm.

These Circles are not tied to any specific religion or tradition — all spiritual and cultural backgrounds are warmly embraced. No experience or prior knowledge is needed; simply come as you are. Every person, every story, and every level of openness is welcome here.

What to Expect

  •  Gentle guided meditation and visualization
  •  Intention setting or releasing ritual (depending on the moon phase)
  •  Optional sharing and reflection in community
  •  Moments of quiet and stillness

What to Bring

  • A journal and pen
  • An open heart and curious spirit
  • Comfortable clothing

Come to reconnect with yourself, the rhythm of the moon, and the beautiful sense of belonging that comes from sitting in circle together.

Emily Bermingham

Emily Bermingham is a 600-hour certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Yoga Teacher (RYT 200, RCYT), and Sociology Professor, currently completing her 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training. She is trained in trauma-informed yoga, vinyasa, hatha, restorative, and children’s yoga, and also facilitates moon circles that foster connection, reflection, and healing.

Emily’s own journey with yoga and Ayurveda has been profoundly transformative. These practices supported her in recovering from injury and illness, helping her rediscover strength, balance, and vitality. In her teaching, Emily weaves together yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic principles to create meaningful, heart-centered experiences. Her approach emphasizes compassion, curiosity, and the belief that self-care is both personal and collective — a form of community care.

As a teacher, mother, and military spouse, Emily’s work is grounded in presence, resilience, and authenticity. She strives to hold space where others feel safe, seen, and nourished — leaving each practice with a sense of grounding, renewal, and connection.
