Our balance starts going downhill in our 30s, BUT most people don't realize the good news balance is a trainable skill, and you can improve your balance with simple techniques that take just minutes a day, and also provide benefits for the rest of the body! 

In this workshop, you'll learn and practice simple and enjoyable ways to improve a wide range of factors that affect our balance, from the feet up to the head. Choose the ones that make the most difference in your balance right in the workshop, and practice for just a few minutes a day to continue your progress at home! A PDF handout will be emailed to you after the workshop.
