We're often reminded to "do Kegels," but most people aren't doing these simple squeezes optimally. In this workshop, you'll quickly learn and practice the most effective method, and we'll add just a few more easy techniques that make a big difference in pelvic health and strength, while also providing extra benefits for the rest of the body!

 

By practicing these techniques in just 5-10 minutes a day, you can quickly experience fewer leaks, more strength and control, less frequency and urgency, less tension and greater ease. Hooray, let's do this!

Although both men and women benefit from pelvic floor training, this session is aimed at those with female anatomy to encourage much-needed open conversation and questions about this part of the body.
