Depending on your fitness level, this is a gentle-to-moderate full-body exercise class designed to wake up, tone and stretch your entire body. We'll focus on various exercises to improve balance and core stability while also toning and strengthening with the use of light hand-held weights, our own body weight and sometimes resistance bands and stability balls. This class is set to music and always incorporates some movements that are dedicated to improving balance and always ends with a nice long stretch segment. Your ability to get up and down from the floor is important as portions of each class are spent both standing and on your mat. No shoes required.




Lynne Maloney

Lynne has been a fitness professional for fifteen years. She's been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2012 who likes to make exercise fun, whether working with clients one-on-one or in small or large groups. She is a 200 RYT, having completed her yoga teacher training at Beloved Yoga in Reston. Lynne is also a Functional Fitness Specialist and a Senior Strength & Conditioning Specialist. The satisfaction of helping people reach and maintain their fitness goals is her greatest reward. Lynne spent over 20 years in the newspaper industry, the last 17 of them at The Washington Post. While she loved her career, she had a nagging dream to create a welcoming fitness studio where people look forward to going to nourish their body, mind and spirit and find a sense of community . . . Breathe Body and Mind was born in July 2016.

MeShell Campbell

MeShell Campbell is an ACE Certified Group fitness instructor, barre instructor (certified with Barre Above) and the proud owner of her bakery, Meshells.co, which has been in business for six years. MeShell has also been working in the fitness industry for over 3 years. Her specialty is moving to the music and having fun all while getting an intense full-body workout. She is no stranger to group fitness and has worked out all her life. MeShell has experienced the fact that you can have fun when you work out and she brings that joy of movement to her classes. Married with two young children, her number one goal is to help others feel good and have fun while exercising.
