Join a supportive Yoga Workshop for Arthritis & Osteoporosis, designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and find ease in your body. This session combines weight-bearing yoga postures to support bone density with mindful movements that promote muscular engagement and skeletal health, alongside stretch & release techniques to support joints and increase flexibility.

Charlotte will offer modifications, options and props to support bones, joints, and alignment, for participants to experience the benefits of yoga Using a chair is also an option, and Charlotte will share chair-supported alternatives to make poses accessible and comfortable. Whether you’re new to yoga or adapting your practice for healthy bones, you’ll be guided in a welcoming environment that honors your body’s needs.

As a long-time student and teacher of yoga, along with a master's degree in public health, Charlotte brings a holistic approach to her teaching, merging the realms of physical and mental well-being for overall health and wellness. Her classes are a dynamic blend of movement, breath work, meditation, and mindfulness, to nurture the body, mind, and spirit. With a deep reverence for yoga philosophy and Ayurveda, she weaves these ancient teachings into classes, offering clients a holistic experience with practical tips and tools that can be applied in the modern-day world.
