Celebrate Breathe Body & Mind's 10th Anniversary with this complimentary member appreciation class featuring mindful stretching and laughter. Enjoy a deeply relaxing experience of gentle, mostly floor-based stretches using a yoga strap, combined with mindful breathing and simple laughter exercises designed to reduce stress, boost well-being, and foster connection. Led by certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Pure Stretch instructor Patricia Linderman, this uplifting class is a joyful way to honor a decade of movement, mindfulness, and community.
