Mindful Moving Kids - Jan 2026

Ages 5-12 are welcome to join Beth Hardy for this 4-week Mindful Moving Kids January session! We’ll be learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, practicing mindfulness activities, and playing games that use yoga to foster self-awareness and self-regulation as well as executive functioning skills. You can purchase the full January session - Jan 6, 14, 20 and 27) for $85 OR your child is welcome to "drop in" to any of these classes ($25 per class) by choosing the Mindful Moving Kids Single Class option and pick the date(s) you want to attend. A 10% additional sibling(s) discount is offered as well.

Yoga Nidra w/Jennifer

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation meditation. In this practice, we will create a ‘nest’ of supportive props that allow the body and mind to come into complete relaxation so you can connect with your truest self. It is encouraged to bring a sleeping bag, or similarly cushioned surface to lie on, eye mask, and pillow or blanket; bolsters, yoga blocks, and yoga blankets available in studio. Adults and their littles ages 4-9 are invited to join Beth for this monthly Family Yoga class (Sundays at 3pm Jan 11, Feb 8 and March 15).

Simple Techniques to Strengthen Your Pelvic Floor

Join the fabulous, knowledgeable and entertaining Patricia Linderman, for this workshop on pelvic floor strength.  In this workshop, you'll quickly learn and practice the most effective method for strengthening your pelvic floor and we'll add just a few more easy techniques that make a big difference in pelvic health and strength, while also providing extra benefits for the rest of the body!  By practicing these techniques in just 5-10 minutes a day, you can quickly experience fewer leaks, more strength and control, less frequency and urgency, less tension and greater ease.
