Our Prenatal Yoga practice is led by a certified prenatal yoga teacher focuses on safe, gentle movement to help ease common discomforts, build strength, improve flexibility, and prepare your body for childbirth. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a warm community space to move, breathe, and feel supported on your pregnancy journey.
Awaken, Align & Restore: A Chakra Journey

Take a journey through the chakras w/Rebecca. The chakras are the seven energy points in the body which correspond to nerves, major organs and emotional and physical well-being. In this 3-hour workshop Rebecca will guide you through a brief study of each chakra, including its location, color and more. She'll then guide you through a flow designed to activate and balance each of your chakras. This workshop will culminate with a chakra meditation leaving you feeling open, aligned and completely relaxed.

Enjoy gentle movement, fully supported restorative postures, and deep relaxation as you unwind by the glow of candlelight. The evening concludes with a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, soft drumming, and calming vocal tones designed to promote reflection, gratitude, and renewal. Celebrate Breathe Body & Mind's 10th Anniversary with this complimentary member appreciation class featuring mindful stretching and laughter. Enjoy a deeply relaxing experience of gentle, mostly floor-based stretches using a yoga strap, combined with mindful breathing and simple laughter exercises designed to reduce stress, boost well-being, and foster connection. Led by certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Pure Stretch instructor Patricia Linderman, this uplifting class is a joyful way to honor a decade of movement, mindfulness, and community.
