Functional Strength/Core

This class is all about maintaining and building your overall body strength so that activities of daily life become easier as we get older, instead of more difficult! Using your own body weight and some props, you'll strengthen, stretch, tone and streamline your body while also improving core stability, posture, body alignment, balance & flexibility and heart health. WORKOUT SHOES are optional.

This class always delivers a different and challenging workout with weights and isometric exercises. It is one my favorites. It never gets easier but I push myself to go the distance and feel stronger and get a mire targeted workout than lifting on my own.
