Manual Trigger Point Release Workshop

Join Julie, a certified Myofascial Manual Trigger Point Therapist (and yoga teacher) for a Manual Trigger Point Release workshop on Saturday, May 4th at 1:00 pm.  This workshop will  focus mostly on back pain trigger points.  Julie will demonstrate how trigger points can develop and how they can be manually released. She'll also touch upon how trigger point therapy is different from massage therapy and how these two practices can be used together to help muscles and other soft tissue become less painful, while increasing range of motion.

Mindful Moving Kids - May 2024

Ages 5-12 are welcome to join Beth Hardy for this 3-week Mindful Moving Kids May session! We’ll be learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, practicing mindfulness activities, and playing games that use yoga to foster self-awareness and self-regulation as well as executive functioning skills.  You can purchase the 3-class pass (May 7, 14 and 21) for $60 or your child is welcome to "drop in" to any of these classes ($25 per class) by choosing the Mindful Moving Kids Single Class option and pick the date(s) you want to attend.

Chair Yoga - Early Spring 2024

In this 60-minute gentle chair yoga class, Charlotte will guide you through a series of seated and some standing yoga poses, adaptable for all bodies.  Join her for this enlightening and beneficial class. Flow & Grow

Join us for our Flow & Grow workshop! plant new seeds of growth & flow through a joyful movement flow followed by a guided meditation. There will be time for mindfulness activities after the flow where we can pull affirmation cards and journal together as a community. After we set our intentions and reflect - there will be terracotta pot planters to paint and decorate as well as seeds to plant and take home to represent your journey of growth and abundance.

Drum Lore & Paint: Crafting Your Drum’s Story

You'll learn about various cultures through time who have used drumming in ceremonial and meditative ways while simultaneously unleashing your creativity through vibrant strokes of paint on your very own drum. Join us for an unforgettable journey of discovery and self-expression, where each beat tells a tale and every hue adds depth to your drum's narrative. These drums can be used in our upcoming Kirtan and Drum Circles, for your personal meditation sessions, or be displayed in your home.  REGISTRATION CLOSES MAY 13!

    Family Yoga

    Adults and their littles ages 4-9 are invited to join Beth on Sunday May 19th at 3pm for a Family Yoga class.  We will practice breathwork, poses, and some silliness to have fun while strengthening our bodies and bonds. The child in all of us will appreciate getting to move, breathe, and regulate together!
