Relax from your week and Refresh for the weekend with this mid-summer sound meditation and yoga nidra experience!  Taking place on Friday, July 8th, this "class" uses crystal and metal bowls to induce a deep sense of relaxation and renewal.  This special experience begins at 6:30pm and is 75 minutes in length.
