Pilates 101 FREE Workshop

Partner Yoga 2023

Join Kim K. and Judy S. for our 7th annual Partner Yoga event and learn various partner poses which will encourage you to communicate, laugh, find balance and to trust and rely on each other.  Price is $30 per partner PAIR in-studio, $15 SOLO in-studio (if you're coming in by yourself we will pair you with a partner!), or $25 per per device, if you're joining in online from home.

February Sound Meditation

Unwind from your week and settle into stillness.  Join us on Friday evening, Feb 17, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, for this sound meditation experience.  The studio will be transformed into a magical little cave as our special guest, Sueann Tupy leads on a sound journey, experiencing a wide variety of healing sound frequencies created by deep vibrational instruments, such as crystal and metal bowls.  The tones and frequencies of these bowls affect us in specific ways, each tone activating a different energy center, chakra and organ system within the body, resulting in a deep sense of relaxation and renewal.
